What's in this option:

*You will receive a 30-minute coaching video or phone session.

*Together we work on clarifying one major goal or what possible steps you need to take to move closer to your ideal.

*I will send you an email detailing what we discussed and other thoughts I have about how you can be successful!

What's in this option:

*You will receive a 1 - hour coaching video session.

*Together we will create a detailed plan based on your stated goals and prioritize tasks that you can perform to get you closer.

*You will have 2 brief contacts where you can ask me questions throughout the week after the coaching session.

*You will get a final email contact 1 week after the coaching session as a check-in to make sure you are on track.

*I will provide you with a report/assessment that you can print and keep with you while you work on the plan we created for you.

What's in the plan:

*You will receive a coaching video session twice a month for 2 months.

*You will also have the opportunity to message Brandon a couple of times a week threw a secure App.

*Brandon will help you come up with a plan to meet the defined goals identified in the first coaching session.

*Brandon will provide accountability and check-in through email once or twice a week to check your progress toward your goals.

*You will receive a mid-point assessment to define the progress on your goals halfway through coaching. You will receive a final assessment on the completion of the plan. This final assessment will provide ideas of how to continue to improve upon the original plan at the end of the 2 months.
