You don't have to keep figuring this out alone.
Most people wait way too long to ask for help. Not because they don't want things to get better — but because asking feels like admitting defeat. I get that. I've been there too.
But here's what I've watched happen over and over again: the people who reach out, who decide to stop white-knuckling it and let someone come alongside them, move forward faster than they ever expected. Not because the problems disappear — but because they finally have a clear direction and someone in their corner.
Whether you're struggling in your marriage, feeling stuck in your career, lacking motivation, or just can't seem to find a way forward on a specific problem — coaching gives you a structured, personalized process to work through it.
Here's what working together looks like: we identify exactly where you're stuck, get clear on where you want to be, and build a realistic plan to get there. Then I walk with you through every step — not just telling you what to do, but helping you figure out how to actually do it.
I've helped a lot of people get unstuck. I'd like to help you too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
My goal is for every coaching relationship to be a positive and productive experience. If you have concerns at any point, please reach out early so we can address them together. Because coaching involves my time and preparation, refunds are not available after a session has been completed. However, if something isn't working, I want to know about it — communication is always the first step.
How do I schedule my appointment?
After purchasing, you'll receive an email with instructions for booking your first session at a time that works for you.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely — many clients return for additional coaching as new goals or challenges come up. Simply purchase the plan that fits your current needs and we'll pick up from there.
What's the difference between coaching and counseling?
Coaching is present and future-focused. We work together on specific goals, actionable steps, and forward momentum. Counseling, on the other hand, addresses deeper mental health concerns, past trauma, and clinical issues. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but when you work with me as a coach I'm operating in a coaching capacity. If you're unsure which is right for you, feel free to reach out and we can talk through it. For counseling services, visit LegacyMarriageResources.com.
What kind of goals can we work on?
Coaching with me tends to focus on relationships, marriage, communication, personal habits, motivation, and getting unstuck in areas where you know something needs to change but aren't sure how to move forward. If you're not sure whether your situation is a good fit, just reach out and ask.
What platform do we use for sessions?
Sessions are conducted by video or phone — whichever works best for you. After purchasing you'll receive everything you need to get connected.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Start with what feels realistic for your situation. If you have one specific challenge you want to work through, the Quick Clarity Session or One-on-One Strategy Session are great starting points. If you're ready to commit to bigger change over time, the monthly plans give you the consistency and accountability that make that possible. When in doubt, start smaller — you can always come back for more.
